Encouraging news continues to flow regarding water levels at Lake Mead. The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation has announced that increased releases from Lake Powell will continue through the end of May, KTLA sister station KLAS reports.Water released through the Glen Canyon Dam at Lake Powell flows south as the Colorado River into the Grand Canyon and eventually into Lake Mead. The majority of the water in the Colorado River basin comes from melting snow in the Colorado Rockies, which had record snowfall this year.Reclamation says it will release almost twice as much water this month than it did prior to the recent high flow experiment (HFE) that helped Lake Mead rise more than two feet in a week."Reclamation has increased May’s release volume from Glen Canyon Dam to 1,088,000 acre-feet," Reclamation wrote in a Facebook post. It’s LeBron,” Wiggins said Wednesday of guarding the Lakers star and four-time MVP. “But I just try to make it hard, stay on him and make every shot a tough shot.”James had 22 points in the Lakers’ Game 1 win Tuesday night — 12 of which were scored when Wiggins was his primary defender, per NBA Advanced Stats. The first game of any series is a feeling-out process, but Wiggins walked away from Wednesday’s film session motivated to “do even more” in Game 2 on Thursday. But the Warriors need Wiggins to be more aggressive on both ends of the floor.Coach Steve Kerr opted to go small near the midw...Real or not, reported Kremlin drone attack unsettles Russia

By Jim Heintz | Associated PressTALLINN, Estonia — As Russian officials tell it, two Ukrainian drones flew into the very heart of Moscow under the cover of darkness, reaching the Kremlin before they were shot down at the last minute.A cloud of questions hangs over the claim. Why did the Kremlin announcement come about 12 hours after the purported incident? Why did no reports of explosions emerge prior to the announcement on the messaging apps that remain full of chatter despite Russia’s crackdown on media and criticism of the war in Ukraine? Why didn’t videos of the purported attacks appear until after the announcement? Why haven’t the images been verified?A drone attack on the Kremlin would be the most severe penetration of Russian airspace since German teen Matthias Rust landed his little single-engine plane on the fringes of Red Square in 1987. Announcing the attack — or even faking it — risks Russia undermining its citizens’ trust in its frequent assertion...$4,000 worth of koi fish missing from San Jose park
